At the start of her career in 1981, Andrea achieved “Apprentice of the Year” 2 years in a row. This led to her being headhunted to run and manage other people's businesses, before opening her own business in 1987.  She was excellent at her craft, and realised that business ownership required a different set of skills; it was lonely, tough, and really time consuming. She needed someone with business knowledge to help her expand the business. Someone who would not be emotionally invested and who could be a sounding board. This is when she found  her ActionCOACH mentor who would help her tighten her business and duplicate it in many locations.  Fast forward 30-years later and Andrea has owned and operated 6 businesses, received many personal and business awards, employed over 200 team members, and continuously invested in her self-development by attending hundreds of business workshops,seminars, conferences, and reading countless books.
